No, you are not allowed to live or sleep in a storage unit

Is insurance required for a self storage unit

Insurance is not required; however it is highly recommended with self storage and we can help you with insurance.

What security measures are in place

Can I have a tour of your facility

Yes, this is encouraged

How do I determine how much storage size I need?

We can help you with this, generally we think of storage as bedrooms, Example: How many bedrooms of goods are you storing? Our storage calculator can also help you.

But don’t worry if you chose the wrong size, we are here to help you, ensuring you have the correct storage unit size and not paying for anything that does not suit.

How long can I store my items for?

As long or as little as you need

What are the minimum terms for storage rental?

As little as 1 day.

What items are prohibited in access self-storage?

Chemicals, hazardous waste, flammable materials, and anything deemed illegal.

Can you store cleaning supplies in a storage unit?

Yes you can, as long as they are not flammable.

What happens if I can’t pay for my storage unit?

You must contact the facility immediately to discuss; facilities have the right to enter your unit and dispose or sell your goods 42 days after the due date.

Are self-storage units dry?

Yes they are very dry.

Is it safe to leave clothes in a storage unit?

yes, perfectly safe.

Can I keep animals in storage units

No animals are allowed in the units.

What are some interesting facts about storage?

People are generally unsure of how much space they need and how long they need to store for.

Many small businesses have started in storage units.

Do you hold a key to my unit?

No we do not, you are only able to access your unit, the facility cannot access your unit.
