We weren’t there just to show our faces. We were there because StorageX Northcote will be playing an active role in this year’s appeal — and being in that room, hearing first hand about the impact the Salvation Army makes across Melbourne, only reinforced why we wanted to be involved in the first place.

The Salvation Army have been serving communities like Northcote for generations. From emergency relief and food assistance to housing support and family services, their reach is extraordinary. And while Northcote has changed a lot over the years, the need for that kind of genuine, grassroots community support hasn’t.

Our new Northcote facility is opening soon, and from day one we want it to stand for more than just storage. We want it to be a place that gives back to the neighbourhood it sits in.
